09/10:Eating: from the streets to the sky
After the train trip, humping the luggage to the bed and breakfast we ran for quick food. The mac & cheese at The Smoke Daddy Bar and Grill in Wicker Park is one our favorite things about going to Chicago. The secret crunchy stuff on top is amazing goodness.
That night we dined at the Signature Room on the 95th floor of the John Hancock Building. It was clear night and the view of Chicago at night was spectacular...and so was the food and drinks.
You guys are seriously meant to go Greyhound!!!! That is too crazy! It is all part of the adventure I guess. I love the picture of you and your sis with the rain ponchos on. It is my favorite. That is what I call making the best of your situation, in this case, rain. It looks like you all had a fun, jam packed time.
I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.---Marilyn
